Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 3 large onion
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) sugar
  • 1½ tsp (8ml) salt
  • ½ tsp (3ml) pepper
  • 2 cups (480ml) chopped celery
  • 1 cup (240ml) chopped onion
  • 1 cup (240ml) orange juice
  • 1 cup (240ml) water
  • ½ tsp (3ml) salt
  • ½ tsp (3ml) pepper
  • 1 cup (240ml) flour
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) brown sugar

Instructions

    Pour into meat. Mix together and place in roasting pan. Cream with salt & pepper, add diced onion, brown sugar, salt & pepper.

    Bake, uncovered, 325-350 degrees for 40 to 45 min per lb (6 lbs - 3½ hrs).

    Baste with oil 3x during cooking.
