Ingredients

- ●2 cups (480ml) chopped celery
- ●1 cup (240ml) chopped onion
- ●1 cup (240ml) orange juice
- ●1 cup (240ml) water
- ●½ tsp (3ml) salt
- ●½ tsp (3ml) pepper
- ●1 cup (240ml) flour
- ●2 tbsp (30ml) brown sugar
Instructions

Pour into meat. Mix together and place in roasting pan. Cream with salt & pepper, add diced onion, brown sugar, salt & pepper.

Bake, uncovered, 325-350 degrees for 40 to 45 min per lb (6 lbs - 3½ hrs).

Baste with oil 3x during cooking.
