Ingredients
- ●1 can Salmon (1 lb) (drained)
- ●2 tsp (10ml) lemon juice
- ●1 small onion
- ●1 envelope - unflavored gelatin
- ●1/2 cup (120ml) boiling water
- ●1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
- ●1/2 tsp (3ml) dried dill weed
- ●1/4 tsp (1ml) pepper
- ●1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream

In blender put - lemon juice, onion, gelatin & water.

Then with above more flaked salmon, mayo, pepper, dill weed.

Gradually add sour cream and blend for 30 sec.

Pour into lightly oiled mold.
