Ingredients

  • 1 can Salmon (1 lb) (drained)
  • 2 tsp (10ml) lemon juice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 envelope - unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) boiling water
  • 1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp (3ml) dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp (1ml) pepper
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream

    In blender put - lemon juice, onion, gelatin & water.

    Then with above more flaked salmon, mayo, pepper, dill weed.

    Gradually add sour cream and blend for 30 sec.

    Pour into lightly oiled mold.

    Refrigerate overnight for best result.
