  • 3 oz. (85g) Cream cheese
  • ¾ cup (180ml) brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tblspn. (15ml) Margarine or butter
  • 1 cup (240ml) chopped nuts (walnuts)
  • ½ tsp (3ml) vanilla

    For the dough: Mix 2/16 margarine, 1 cup flour, and 3 oz cream cheese together.

    Place 24 balls of dough into small muffin tins.

    Spread sides making a small cup.

    For the filling: Mix ¾ cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 Tblspn margarine or butter, 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts), and ½ tsp vanilla all together.
