  • 4 tbs (60ml) butter (margarine) cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/4 cup (300ml) flour

  • 1/2 tsp (3ml) salt
  • dash basil and/or marjoram

Instructions

  1. 1

NUT CRUST: Combine nuts, margarine, salt & flour — use pastry cutter until it looks like coarse corn meal.

CRUMB CRUST: Mix dry ingredients, drizzle in melted butter, toss with fork until uniformly moistened.

  5. 5

Press into 9" buttered pie pan. Pre bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 min.
