Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (240ml) oil
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) sugar
  • 2 tsp (10ml) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla
  • 1 tsp (5ml) almond extract
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) chopped nuts
  • 3 1/2 - 4 cups (840ml) flour

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients, shape into 2 loaves.

    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

    Cut into 1/2" slices, put back into oven at 200°F (95°C) for 1 hour.
