  • 2 cups (480ml) flour
  • Jam and nuts (for filling)
  • Cooking spray (e.g., Pam)

    Pack lightly flour, salt, and baking powder.

    Mix juice, eggs & vanilla.

    Mix together oil and sugar, add juice, eggs & vanilla.

    Mix very well. Roll out in small sections. Add flour as needed.
