Traditional Purim cookies filled with lekvar or apricot butter, shaped into triangles. Chocolate chips can also be used as filling. Yields about 20 cookies.

Blend: 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, 1 tsp. almond flavoring, 1/8 tsp. salt.

Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg, flavorings.

Add dry ingredients. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface.

Cut circles with a glass (2 1/2" - 3").

Fill circles with lekvar or apricot butter. Pinch on 3 sides into a triangle shape.
