Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 1/2 c Flour
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 1/4 c + 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (3ml) baking soda
  • 2 tbs (30ml) Orange (fruit) juice
  • prune butter, jam or jelly

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.

    Roll out the dough and use a glass to cut out round shapes.

    Place prune butter, jam, or jelly in the center of each round.

    Pinch the corners together with your fingers to form a triangle.

    To ensure the corners seal properly, place a drop of water on each corner before baking.
