Small cinnamon-coated cookie swirls, rolled into rope shapes and wound into spirals. A simple oil-based dough baked at high heat.

Ingredients

- ●2 eggs
- ●1/2 tsp (3ml) vanilla
- ●1/4 cup (90ml) + 2 Tbsp sugar
- ●1 tsp (5ml) baking powder
- ●1 1/2 - 2 cups (360ml) flour
- ●Cinnamon for coating

Mix all ingredients except flour.

Add 1 1/2 cups flour. Mix in additional flour to make a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Do NOT add too much flour as the dough will become oily and difficult to work with.

Make small balls about the size of a walnut.

Dip balls in cinnamon and roll into a rope.
