
Cinnamon Rope Cookies
A simple cookie recipe where dough is rolled into small balls, shaped into ropes, wound around themselves, and coated with cinnamon. Some parts of the handwriting are stained and slightly difficult to read.

Ingredients
- ●1/2 cup (120ml) oil
- ●1/4 cup (60ml) + 2 Tbs sugar
- ●2 eggs
- ●1 tsp (5ml) vanilla
- ●1 tsp (5ml) baking powder
- ●1 1/2 - 2 cups (360ml) flour

Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients except the flour. Add the flour.

Step 2: Mix. Add enough additional flour to make a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Caution: If you add too much flour the dough becomes oily and always difficult to work with.

Step 3: Make small balls about the size of a walnut. Roll into a rope. Wind the rope into cinnamon and roll around itself.

Step 4: Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F (~175°C) for 10 min.
