Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) sugar
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. (5ml) vanilla
  • 1-4 oz pkg. Bakers German Sweet Chocolate, melted & cooled

Instructions

    Add sugar to cheese - beat well.

    Add eggs (one at a time) & beat well after each addition.

    Fold in Chocolate into 7/8ths of the Cheese Mixture.

    Pour remaining Cheese Mixture into well buttered 10" pie pan or 9" sq. pan.

    Add spoonfuls of the Chocolate mix + zigzag with a spatula thru batter to marbleize.
