Ingredients

  • 12 oz (335g) mushrooms
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp (1ml) thyme
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sherry
  • Flour
  • Oil
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

    Cut up chicken and dredge in thyme and flour.

    Brown in oil and remove.

    Saute mushrooms in drippings.
