  • 1 lb (455g) Margarine
  • 2 Tablespoons (30ml) oil
  • 6 cups (1440ml) flour
  • Approx ½ Cup MILK (to soften)
  • 2 lbs (910g) Cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. (455g) Farmer cheese
  • 1 lb. (455g) Cooked rice (optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cinnamon (optional)

    Combine margarine, oil, flour, and milk to form a dough.

    Refrigerate dough overnight.

    Spread rolled dough very Thin (approx ¼").

    Prepare filling: Combine cottage cheese, farmer cheese, cooked rice (optional), eggs, sugar to taste, and cinnamon (optional).

    Put filling along the edge of the dough.

    Roll the dough.
