- ●1 cup (240ml) vegetable oil

Mix apples, cinnamon & 3 tsp. sugar; set aside.

Sift flour, 1½ cups sugar, salt & baking powder in bowl. Make well in the center; pour in eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Mix well.

Spread half the batter into greased 13"x9" baking pan, then cover with apple mixture. Cover with remaining batter. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
