  • 2 celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) oil
  • 2 cups (480ml) whole wheat flour
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

    Grind up fine.

    Make loaf and wrap in aluminium foil.

    Bake at 325°F (165°C).
